BSB Race Team
2021 see’s AMD launch their new race team in the Pirelli National Superstock Championship with 21 year old Kilmacrennen based rider Richard Kerr.
Richard has spent the last six years in the BSB paddock firstly competing in the Moto3 class for 3 years with a 4th in the championship in 2017.
2018 saw Richard progress to the Supersport class with his best results coming in 2019 with 2 podium finishes and 5th overall in the championship.
2020 and Richard was the only rider in BSB to start and finish every race in their class with a 7th overall in the championship.
2021 see’s Richard jump on AMD Motorsports brand new Honda Racing UK prepared CBR1000RR RSP, a challenge he relishes.

AMD Contract services are long time supporters of Rally and boast great success with their 1977 Mk2 Ford Escort competing in events across the country and driven by AMDs General Manager Stephen Thompson.
Most recently, AMD Motorsports driver Stephen, having always meticulously prepared the car himself finished a fantastic 7th in the Mull rally last time out, they were the first “self prepared” car across the line in a car that is a staggering 38 years older than the winning car.
Off Road Motorcycling
AMD Contract services are long time supporters of off road motorcycling across many disciplines including Trials, Motocross and scrambling with success coming in 2017 with AMDs Works Manager Derek Faulds winning the Scottish Scrambles Championship on AMDs 1974 360cc Bultaco Persang.
AMDs managing director Fraser Dykes is the current chairman and keen competitor with The Galloway Motorcycle Club who are hosts of the prestigious and internationally recognised Drumlanrig Castle Festival of Off-Road Motorsport of which AMD Contract Services have been and will be title sponsors, this prestigious event has seen former world motocross champions such as Graham Noyce, Heikki Mikkola and Brad Lackey grace the grounds of the castle and give a reflective account of their illustrious career.
